Kella Digeronimo got the Blue Devils off to a good start with 7 of her 11 points in the first quarter, leading the way to a 46-24 win over rival Cuyahoga Heights. Haylee Dmitruk then took over scoring 6 of her 8 points in the second quarter, allowing the Devils to run into the locker room at halftime with a 17 point lead. Riley Wilson was steady throughout the game with 11 points and drew the tough defensive assignment of limiting Brooke Wilson scoring (2 points) and keeping her off the boards.
In total 7 Blue Devils scored, also contributing was Anna Weber with 8, Amy Ksiazka and Brook Pillar with 3 each and Kaitlin Richards added 2.
The victory sealed the CVC championship for the Blue Devils and pushed their record to 16-2 overall and 12-0 in the CVC.
